There's so much a smile can do.
It can cheer one who's feeling blue.
A smile can add to a "Hello"
Or hold back a tear
When a loved one must go.
Even when traveling to foreign lands
Smiles add to the shake of hands.
Without a word, a smile extends
The invitation, "Let's be friends".
Don't you think it's advantageous
That a smile is so contagious?
Since a smile is pandemic,
Let's start an epidemic!!!
