HEARTFELT WORDS OF PRAISE

How often we call out His Name
When we are in distress,
And seek sweet consolation
In His divine caress.
How many times we turn to Him
To lead us on our way
To goals and aspirations
That sometimes go astray.
He shows His tender mercy
When there seems no end in sight
To trials and tribulations -
He becomes our guiding Light.
He smiles when we remember
To show we truly care
By saying a fervent "Thank You"
When we speak to Him in prayer.
