WHEN IN NEED OF A FRIEND

by:

When in need of a friend

Look around you,

You need never be alone.

Manny truehearts

Will surround you,

Grown from the seeds

You have sown.

For every small deed

Has its blossom

That feeds on a smile or a word,

Or a handclasp that says

"I am with you,"

A message unspoken but heard.
