THE REASON WHY

All my emotions still need time to heal,
Sorrow of any kind just weakens the will.
Hope is the only word that beats so strong in me,
Having Him in my life is where He wants to be.
I cannot find the reason why I went through this,
His plans were not something I could reason with.
All the dreams I had so long ago became reality,
When I trusted Jesus with my destiny.
He was the only friend who did not blame me,
And He said all those mistakes He did not see.
Time has healed my memory and I am free again,
Faithful as He is I know I can win.
